Your mission:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Data Working Student (m/f/x) who wants to join our data team while bringing a hands-on mentality paired with strong analytical and technical skills.

Your primary tasks will be:  

• You will support us creating an outstanding reporting landscape in our reporting platform Metabase.
• You work closely together with different departments and gain an understanding of the needs of different stakeholders in a fast-growing company.
• You will answer data requests from our department data owners and support us with data education topics.
• You will get to know our ELT-Processes and get the opportunity to write transformation scripts yourself.

What you need to be successful:

• You are currently studying and have a high affinity for numbers and data.
• You have a high degree of initiative, a sense of responsibility, and analytical thinking.
• You are open-minded, curious and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics.
• You are a team player and love to contribute to our dentolo-community
• You have first practical experience in the field of Business Intelligence / Data Analytics or are motivated to gain it.
• You have a strong interest in business-related topics and want to connect the data you work with to real-world operative challenges and business questions.
• Your English is business fluent, German is a plus.

Experience in these technological areas will be a plus:

• You have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and are ready to use it.
• You have gained first practical experience with SQL databases, can distinguish UNION from UNION ALL, and used at least three JOIN types.
• Basic knowledge of Python and first experience with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau, Metabase, Superset, Looker, PowerBI ...
