(Senior) Tech Recruiter (m/w/d)

Your mission:
  • Lead and manage entire recruiting processes end-to-end (screening, interviewing, negotiating and closing offers) and make balanced hiring decisions for your departments (product, engineering, marketing and data).
  • Identify, engage and inspire the right tech talent – you’re a natural sourcer and networker.
  • Proactively identify pain points and implement best process improvements and tools for attracting and selecting the best tech talent.
  • You support various initiatives such as employer branding, candidate experience, interview training to make our recruiting even better.
  • You are in close contact with our hiring managers to support them in hiring suitable candidates for their teams.
What you need to be successful:
  • You have gained extensive experience in tech recruiting and talent acquisition, ideally for more than 3 years.
  • You know how to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline through sourcing.
  • You have an open personality and enjoy direct contact with applicants.
  • You are interested in current recruitment trends and have an affinity for digital recruiting topics.
  • You speak English fluently; German is a big plus.
